What this site collects

Contact form. Name, email address, company (optional), project type, timeline and message: only what you write, and only when you send it. They are used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the collaboration (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any following work, then deleted.

Anti-spam check. The form is protected by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which analyzes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs (legitimate interest in preventing spam, art. 6.1.f). See thehCaptcha privacy policy.

Form delivery. Messages are delivered by email through Web3Forms, which acts as a processor and does not use them for other purposes.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

Embedded videos. Some project pages show a YouTube video. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; the player then comes from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may process your IP address and set its own storage once the video plays. See theGoogle privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling or advertising cookies and no analytics. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. The browser’s local storage keeps two technical preferences (which artwork opened the home page last, and whether video sound was muted), which never leave your device.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@robertodigiglio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Data may be processed outside the EU by the providers above, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
